Being on a job probationary period certainly does not stop someone highly capable from performing! A smart, fast learning and dedicated newcomer of Exabytes who joined us in just last May has given all of us a shock by standing tall and shining in the month of June, tempting Exabees to give him a standing ovation for impressing us in just a short period of time.
He takes full responsibility to handle the tasks that are assigned to him well. He works well with all colleagues in and between departments and demonstrates the spirit of teamwork as well as cooperation. He is very friendly to all colleagues and goes the extra mile by volunteering himself to take up additional challenges in promoting Exabytes’ new brainchild Easy.my. Furthermore, he is a wizard at online marketing, a tech savvy and a Mac expert!!
Outside work, this person is an avid fan of Microsoft X-Box’s Street Fighter and has a love for loud music which he always listens to with his earphone. Highly energetic and sociable in nature, he has not missed even a single company event to date. In fact, in the recent Exabytes’ Pantai Kerachut team building, he even brought along his girlfriend to join the fun with Exabees.
Without further ado, let’s give it up to our much adored Internet Marketing Executive, Mr. Clement Chau, Exabytes’ EOTM of June 2011!!
We thought he deserved to be the Star of June 2011 because:

Employee of the Month
Exabytes’ EOTM in May 2011, is someone who is anonymously agreed as the most ‘long lasting workaholic’ in the whole company! Although he has not worked at Exabytes for a very long time, he has the reputation for being extremely hardworking, friendly, well mannered and tasteful in fashion. But what many people don’t know about this stylish chap is that he is also a super caring person. While in general people usually regard guys who keep a pet as caring, our EOTM this month rears 2 cats, 1 rabbit and 4 hamsters with his housemate, can you believe that? According to reliable sources, this person’s favorites are his 2 cats, as he is more than willing to spend big every month to buy delicious cat food to indulge his kitties.
Without further ado or ‘suspense’, let’s put our hands together for Exabytes’ EOTM in May 2011, our Business Development Executive Ivan Chea!!
At work, Ivan is like a super long lasting Energizer battery who is ‘infamous’ for cutting short his lunch hour. To him, lunch time is really just for lunch, and not for other activities such as resting. It’s quite common to see him back from lunch in less than 20 minutes after leaving the office!
In the month of May, Ivan successfully impressed our ever critical judges of EOTM mainly because:
- is very hard working, and spent an awful lot of time and effort in replying sales tickets
- is a very eager and fast learner
- has very good attitude
- is friendly to everybody
